Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

New users receive 3 free credits upon registration
Each page of a document requires 1 credit to translate
Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page
Credits do not expire and roll over indefinitely
Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
If a translation fails due to a service error, credits will be automatically refunded

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code
Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by NorisPDF and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Translation Quality

Our AI-powered translations are designed to preserve document layout while translating text. However:

Translations are provided "as is" and may not be perfect
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for all content types
Complex layouts, handwritten text, or low-quality images may affect results
Users should review translations for critical documents

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORISPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Errors or inaccuracies in translations
Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorisPDF and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Any other reason at our discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
